I have been coming to this office for years and Ialways I receive outstanding service. Doctor is always on time, great prices, impeccable work. Highly recommend. Even though, it's over an hour from my home, but I would not go anywhere else.
Had no real issues at this location over a few years, until recently. Wife not happy at the moment, and is encouraging me to change vets. Her displeasure has come by way of front staff, which is surprising. Gave 3 star for the moment.
I had to drive 1.5 hours to get a PG test for my dog and this is my first time with any of this so I did not have much knowledge… My first test results came out very low not one person working at this vet told me about how the pg test works, or anything about the stats I want to see. Absolutely nothing. Mind you I had make this 1.5 hr drive 3 times in 6 days, and I paid $120 for each test, and to my surprise I find someone more local to do the test and her results were way up…
Only ever had amazing experiences over the years with my vet and I will never switch. I drive 45 minutes away and refuse to go anywhere else. Only Veterinary Hospital me and my family came across that truly loves and cares for all animals. They are an amazing clinic and very reasonable!
A simple phone call for information about an issue. My dog has after both. dogs have both been operated and treated by this. I am told a simple question requires a visit and I need to pay. This is once again another vet out for peoples money and no regard for the animals themselves I do not recommend.
Two of the male vets are very experienced and amazing to deal with. They are compassion with your pet and make you feel heard. The tech and receptionist are peasonable! Best clinic by far!!
Called ahead to renew ear drops for my dog .Staff are courteous and know my dog's name etc I have been using Vet there open seven days a week for 12 yrs no higher rates on holidays I have recommended to many dog owners
