A very rude lady the work there doesn't know how to mine your business like to talk about other people this crazy town of alliston other gentlemen that works there too is the same I don't know why they hired people like this so sad poor communication
If I could give more than one star I would. I always buy my dog food, which is $85 a day, treats, canned food. But I am horrified by this location’s predicament. The marijuana smell when entering is overpowering. It’s hard to believe that the location is two doors down with the store in between. There must be something going on with the ventilation system. I know several people who have gotten cats from here. I’ve always admired that this place had a cat walk and would take cats from the house in Humane Society since there’s no actual Humane Society location. The cats had to be removed because they were constantly sick as well. Not surprising since I couldn’t spend two minutes without an instant migraine. As a chain this place needs to do better. I will now go to a different location where I work because the smell is overpowering. Hard to see the friendly Worker there having to wear a mask. This can’t be legal!
I shop here regularly. They have a great variety of alternative health products for pets, the prices are very good, and they carry holistic pet food. They also help cats to get adopted by housing them in- store for people to view and interact with, which is a good way to build awareness about pets that need a loving forever-home.
This little pet food store is great. They sell lots of Canadian and North American micro pet-food brands at very reasonable prices (better than the competing local pet food store). I love that they feature cats from the local humane society in their kitty condo.
Not only great service and quality products, but such honest staff. An additional $100- was stuck together and the associate called my husband to say he overpaid and to please come and pick up his additional bill. Thank you for being so honest
Great customer service, and a great place to get unique foods for your pets!. My pooch has an allergy to every feathered friend there is, so i'm here religiously and they always have what i need!
The young lady at the counter was too busy texting to answer my wife's questions. Last time she will set foot in this store. All of the other Global Pet Food stores we have been in have exceptional staff. Not this one!!
