Today I stopped at the Pioneer gas station in Alliston for 2 reasons. I needed gas as well as air for my low front tires.Air being the highest priority. Not paying attention. I deposited $2.50 into the tire inflator some dimes and nickels. The machine did not turn on. I went inside to find out if the tire inflator actually works. I then explained my situation to the attendant. He along with another co-worker (who tried to help me)ended up giving me a phone number to call the company who manages the machine, as this was an independent service. Not part of the gas station. I called, needless to say I got a recording which said they will get back to me 24 hrs. Disappointed and frustrated I filled up my gas and prayed that I could get to another gas station without ruining my tires. Just as I was about to leave. A very nice man approached me and asked if I was okay. Did I need help. I said I need air for my tires. He offered to take a look at it with me. The gentleman who is the owner (boss) which I did not know at the time paid for the air for my tires and pointed out you can only toonies, loonies and quarters. This small act of kindness brought peace to my drive home. Thank-you kind sir!
Alright. Time to boycott Alliston gas stations. People, fill up in Mansfield, Alcona, Barrie..anything outside alliston is considerably cheaper. And please report these gas stations to the government. I went to innisfil today its 14 cents cheaper. I then went to newmarket and its 8 cents cheaper. SCAM
I agree with the recent post. These gas stations in Alliston are price fixing. EVERYONE please report them. I just came from Bradford and gas is 8 cents cheaper than here. Alcona and Innisfil are 13 cents cheaper. Mansfield which is 5 mins from here is 8 cents cheaper. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMING THE COMMUNITY.
Hey, regular customer here. Not much to say. - Convenient location - Friendly staff - Fuel prices are the best in the area - Oil, washer fluid and other fluids are available - Roadway/driveway clear in the winter Recommend
The best customer service experience I have received in a long time. Young personable man at the counter on Oct 13th @ 12:45AM is the reason I will continue to use this location instead of one of the big 3's I tend to pull into. This gentleman certainly deserves recognition for his outstanding CS skills.
