Ordered 2 tender meals via uber. Both arrived in same condition. They seem like they were previously cooked then recooked? Super dry, hard and tough. Absolutely disgusting and both meals were thrown out. These are not tenders, it was more like chicken jerky.

I hate this because I loved st Louis but... One waitress on a busy night? Wrong order? One sauce for 2lbs? The audacity to ask for a fee for another? The audacity to ask for a tip for pick up. I'm over this place. Just shut it down. There's better, cheaper places to get wings. $40.00 without tip pictured. Absolutely embarrassing. (there was not supposed to be fries as the request was the veggies) No... This was not the first time. Not the second time. Not even the third time this has happened. In the span of three years I have not once had a good experience here despite TRYING to. This was the last straw.
First time I went here the server was amazing. Went again because of the good server we had. Same day of the week. The service this time was lacking. Multiple servers standing around. Had to wait unreasonable time water, and food. Had to flag down any server passing in order to get refills or napkins
Service is VERY SLOW. Waiting over half an hour for a pound of chicken wings. When ask about the hold up, was told there is an issue with the POS system. Food finally arrives and it’s cold. I don’t think the issue was with the POS.
I did a take out order. Wings and chicken tenders were extremely dark. Dirty oil probably the cause. Chicken fingers were like rubber. disappointing when your spending $60 to feed your family and having to throw it out .
I had an amazing time at St.Louis! The atmosphere was very welcoming, and entertaining. I love going there to hang out and have some good food. Bella was an amazing server, as well as the bartenders cheech , Nat and Chris 10/10 would recommend.
