Service was none existent. Meal was average. Drinks has no refills, even when it fountain pop, cost like 3 cents a glass. Worst meal I have had in a long time. Will not be back.
Ordered fish and chips take out today. It was the worst food I ever had. Soggy fish and chips, appeared they used bad oil. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Second time they got my order wrong but was not willing to fix the order I live in the neighborhood iv been spending my hard earned cash for what I want not what I am given, very disappointed smell the smoke because I refuse to be taken advantage of
Overworked single wait staff, kitchen staff look like they want to die. Incredibly loud, rough, loud clientele. The wings are very good, tons of flavors chili and onion is my favorite
My order was 40+ minutes late for unexplained reasons. Called in my pickup order at 6:30pm and the woman said it should be ready in 20 minutes. I told them that I’d be in at 7:00pm to pick it up. I arrive at 7:01 and the waitress flips through her small notepad to find my order and then she punches it into the computer screen. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but while I waited, the waitress seemed to be apologizing to all her tables. She obviously forgot to alert the kitchen of my order when I phoned it in and didn’t do it until I arrived at pickup time. My order was given to me at 7:32. Food was undercooked when I got home to my family.
We had the best time here, amazing service and food!! Tatum was the best server . It felt comfortable like having a beer at home!! Will be back for sure!!
Tatum served us with his incredible smile ? such a great place If you your kids are hungry. Big portions and homemade sauces were to die for! Will definitely be back with more friends and family!
