My original rental with another company fell through due to an error in their availability system. Frank at Motion Trailers responded to my inquiry promptly, got on a call with me to figure out which trailer would work best for the jobs I needed to get done, and was genuinely great to deal with throughout the process. He explained the rental and return steps clearly and thoroughly, and even hooked up the trailer for me—which felt above and beyond. He also called to follow up with me after the return to see how everything went, and to confirm I'd be recieving my deposit back. I’ll absolutely be renting from him again in the future.
Why buy a trailer and deal with storage and the headache of maintenance every year? Instead do yourself a favour and just rent one from Motion Trailers. Rented the 7x14 tandem for my annual trip to Red Lake to carry my ATV’s, coolers along with other items and this trailer towed like a charm. Already booked it for next October. Frank was “fantastic” to deal with and helpful from start to finish. Like I said no headaches and no worries from a one day rental to long term rentals Frank at Motion has you covered!!!
The equipment and selection of equipment were top notch. However, Frank elevated the experience to excellent. He was extremely accommodating and helpful, going well above the call of duty. Highly recommended.
I rented a 16’ trailer from Motion a couple weeks ago to tow a small airplane. I just wanted to say that it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Frank. This is the kind of guy all companies should have dealing with their customers! He was awesome, very kind and very informative on the different types of trailers and their capabilities. He checked in with me a couple days before pick up, and spent extra time going through the trailer with me making sure I had everything I needed to get the Job done. The trailer was in amazing shape, obviously well kept/lubed, and a testament to how things are looked after at Motion. I will definitely be using Motion Trailers for my projects in the near future! We’ve been renting a 5x8’ trailer every summer for camping (great for bikes, keeps the bears away from the food) for years but two years ago, the big US rental company canceled our reservation at the last minute. Motion Trailer came to our rescue with a better quality trailer (much less rattling, better hitch, better doors) and we’ve been going back since. They have great, reliable, and friendly service. Highly recommended.
West of Tiffin and Dunlap we saw a trailer that said Simcoe Trailer Rentals very nicely on the side. U-Haul looking trailer and exactly what we might find useful in our upcoming move.
