I've shopped here regularly over the years, both at this their new location and the previous one on main street. Prices are competitive and they have good sales if you catch them at the right time. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I was pulling up to the store when it was just closing. The owner had let me in to help me repair my son’s hockey helmet. I had a great experience and great service. Very thankful and walk out as one happy customer. Thank you
Never setting foot back in that building. I went in looking for equipment for my children, their spring sport starts soon. Getting any 1 item of equipment that is needed was the goal. Ryan told me that they were short staffed and “fitting skates” on other customers was implied as more important. One gentleman explained that he could do the best he could and was helping while Ryan came over and told me that same thing 3 times over, getting louder and more rude each time. Finally I told him that I had drove an hour and I did understand that they were short staffed but it wasn’t my fault and I was getting helped by someone else so I didn’t need his help. I used the last of my store credit I had there (I have taken used equipment there for years) and will never return again. I am angry and upset that a customer isn’t just a customer in that person’s eyes as we were not looking for hockey equipment. If that’s the case then they shouldn’t be a “used sports store” and instead be a “hockey store” only.
