Went in to check the value of a record. When the lady at the counter was checking its condition, she repeatedly touched the groves with her bare hands and left smudges. I politely asked her to please be gentle, and she replied back very rudely saying “I am being gentle” in a coarse manner. It unfortunately was a bad experience.
Hubby goes here all the time they always give great deals ....we've shopped here for years the staff is kind helpful and knowledgeable we really enjoy going here
