Google saise they close at 11. Couldn't even place an order at 10pm. Was told by customer service that they randomly close earlier sometimes. What a joke
We usually buy our pizza here, but decided to give the new competition in town a try tonight - very underwhelming despite all the hype. We wished we had our usual from Pizzaville instead. The crust is not soggy. It's done to our liking pretty much every time (and we like it well done). It has fresh ingredients too and they are well balanced. In other words, one ingredient doesn't overpower the other flavours unlike the competitor's. The price here is very reasonable and when we order online, it's ready when they say it will be. They do a great pizza with plenty of flavour here. We are going to stick with our favourite from now on. Thanks for the tasty pizza!
I'm giving 2 stars as we have had a couple of good experiences with pickup. Tonight, I was very disappointed. Took an hour and 15 mins for my pizza to arrive. At 55 mins, I called customer service to check on the order. The woman said that the driver had left the store a while ago at that point and should be there any minute. 20 mins later my pizza arrived, hard and cold. At that point the kids were starving, so I paid and tipped the driver and moved on with my night. I'm writing this review, so that the store can consider sending the drivers with less orders at a time. I live 10 mins from the store at the most, so the only way he could have been that late is delivering other orders on the way.
