It takes a lot for me to previously rate them a 5 then suddenly rate them a 1. Being slow on the job, or trying to add more to the service, or even asking me to come back another day couldn't warrant a 1 star, But dishonesty to me speaks volumes on the Managers character. I had seen one of their employees come back to check for my specific oil filter and told his manager that they have a bunch in stock. The manager yelled back to him, "if it were me, I'd just say no we don't have it." not realizing I could hear everything from my vehicle. I understand if it was a busy day, and close to lunch. I could've come back after lunch if they asked me to. But to be dishonest and this manager said it was just a joke, offered me $10 offer and didn't think his employee would say no to me. No apology and absolved himself of any fault by saying it was his employees fault for telling me that. Jokes are meant to be funny and his employee told me these specific words when I called him out before speaking to the manager about it - "We do have them, I can do this for you in 10 minutes, but I was just doing what I was told by my manager". Doesn't sound like a joke to me and definitely sounds like this employee has more integrity than his manager. I've been coming to this place to get my oil changed since 2022. I'll be taking my 2 vehicles somewhere else and suggest to whoever is reading this to do the same.
Love this place and the service is professional and speedy. Any time I need an oil change, i go to Take 5. They always blow me away with their efficiency and proficiency. Considering the staff are all on the younger side, it's really great to see this kind of service and attitude. Even while it was pouring, the staff were friendly, efficient and in great spirits.
Fabulous staff ! Kind fast and efficient!! Charles went above and beyond to make my visit worth my time and took care of my car so detailed and well his whole team is epic and polite and quick and efficient! Only place to go in Alliston!Top Notch boys !!!! Thank you all
