Never has any good prepared what so ever. Then If you ask about like where are the booster balls or wraps. You get massive amounts of attitude. Don't look forward to wraps or booster balls at this location. NEVER are they made or there are like two.
i came in the other day and the two girls working Abby & Ruby were phenomenal!! they answered all of my questions, helped me pick out a smoothie and food item & chatted with me while they were making my smoothie! they were such sweethearts!!
I had been ordering for pickup through DoorDash a few times, and the staff kindly pointed out that using their own app would save me money. Now I'm not only saving, but also earning points! My smoothie is always ready in no time and tastes fantastic. The customer service at this Booster Juice is top-notch, and I really appreciate the attention they give to their customers.
The girl working was ever rude, rolled her eyes when we came in, acted like we were a burden and was throwing dishes around in the back. We came in she had 0 customer service skills. I understand that the food industry can be hard, I worked in it myself. But clearly this employee needs to be retrained in the customer service aspect.
I love visiting the booster Juice in Alliston. This booster juice location is spotless! I’ve been twice with my family and they never disappoint. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They were patient and talked us through all the options and benefits of each juice. We will surely be returning soon! Thanks again
I've been to alot of booster juice franchises but this location was by far the best. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. The staff were super nice. They made me an awesome tropical tornado and I didnt even have to wait long. Excellent customer service!
I can’t believe I’d never tried Booster Juice. It was so hot, the kids and I saw the new Booster Juice in Alliston. So we popped in. It was 100% fresh and delicious! Now we’re hooked on it! I loved the açai bowl and my kids love the strawberry banana smoothie. Great service as well.
