My wife and I just had a lovely romantic dinner here, and overall it was a great experience. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible cozy, warm, and perfect for a date night. The food was very good as well. The pizza was the star of the show: perfectly cooked, great flavour, and definitely worth coming back for. The pasta was solid too, around a 7 or 8 out of 10. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. A strong four stars we’ll definitely be back.
Ordered for pick up - chicken parm, omg my 10 year old could have made it better- 40 dollars for a piece of tasteless dried over cooked - almost burnt food, from chicken to bread. Replaced and it was just about the same.
Everything was very good. I have the spaghetti and meatballs. Very delicious. Our server was very sweet and did a great job, and I love they have a serving robot. It sang happy birthday to me.
I called today to inquire about hosting my sons baptism there and wanted to get more info on pricing. The man who answered the phone was laughing out loud as soon as he picked up and I had to say "hello?" before he addressed me. As soon as I asked my question he just hung up. I called back and a different man answered the phone, giggling. I told them off and hung up. This took place around 12:30 Completely unprofessional from what I heard was a great establishment. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Truly disappointed. We have been ordering Timo since they first opened and have always loved their food. Yesterday we decided to order take out. It was 7:58pm. The restaurant closes at 9pm. My husband called and asked to order. The waiter replied with “the chef decided to close the kitchen for takeout. so no more orders.” My husband said “it’s 8pm… that’s weird” to which he replied “then call the owner.”. We decided to go to eat in. We arrived at 8:13pm. My husband asked for a table and the waiter (older man.. not the owner) said “no sorry the chef decided to close the kitchen” he said “at 8:15?!” And he said very passive aggressively “yes at 8:15”. There were 3-4 tables still being served. This is absolutely the most unprofessional experience we’ve had at ANY RESTAURANT we have dined at. The owners were not there so I don’t know if it’s a case of “when the cats away the mice will play” and they were taking advantage of the owners not being there and closing 45 minutes early… to me this is actually ridiculous and pretty funny… To consider your business a professional establishment yet not act as such. Food is great, owners are really nice, but they should really assess and reconsider their staff.
