Rented a towable lift today, it performed perfectly. Unfortunately I Dropped off a lift minutes before the rental closed. Never a good thing, especially for the guy who’s already worked a full day and wants to go home. Well today I dropped the lift off and my truck has a failure, it won’t start. James was completely awesome, boosted my truck and help me get it out of the yard so u could wait for a Tow. No complaints, just good servjce. James, thanks for being a pro and helping me out. Mike and James were incredibly helpful and I will happily come back to rent more equipment from the rent shop. when I was scrambling to find a chipper, I had called in and the guys had set aside a chipper for me and when I went to use it, the blades were sharpened and everything was properly greased and maintained. The guys are friendly and truly care about providing quality service.
I contacted the Rentshop Inc. to inquire about having my Stihl grass trimmer repaired. Although they weren’t able to assist me with this as they are not Stihl Authorized Dealers they suggested a Stihl Authorized Dealer in town. Thank you for the suggestion and your professionalism!
