Ardenes is advertising a " $20 cash card" on sales over $50. I went there today. Spent over $60, asked the cashier for the cash card. It doesn't exist. You have to wait until January 9th to get a $20 credit on your account and there is a minimum purchase required to use that $20 apparently. There is no " card" like years ago . This is a points system and in order to use your points ( in this case $20) there is a minimum purchase required. I am not waiting to find out what that is so will be getting a full refund and shop elsewhere where promotions are properly advertised and explained. The staff should be trained to answer questions efficiently, regarding promos. The girl I spoke to knew nothing as she was new. Not her fault . She was very nice but had no clue what was going on. The Manager pretended to be busy, turned her back on me to avoid answering my questions. I was told by the new girl they are " trying to make corrections to the signs/ ads in-store as a lot of people had the same questions, re: the non- existent $20 cash card. Stop false advertising and train your staff. Hire a manager who is competent in training staff and who has customer service skills. After I get my refund, won't be back.
Ardene in Alliston has a limited selection, likely due to the store size catering to the town's needs. However, the staff is fantastic, always friendly and helpful, and the discounts are a great bonus! It's a solid spot for what it offers.

I don't shop here often, but I bought several pairs of fleece lined leggings and winter beanies from this location, and had very friendly interactions with the staff every single time. We made jokes, talked about our favourite outfits, and the staff even gave me some recommendations to add to my wardrobe when I asked them for some extra tips! I don't shop at ardent for a full wardrobe of clothes as it is not my style, but I definitely recommend their leggings and sweaters! Just from my own experiences :)
Refusing to let a 5 year old who is dancing because she needs to pee from from using your bathroom is just bad customer service. Screw your store policy, if it wouldn’t have been so embarrassing for her I would have just let her pee all over your store so you and your policy would have had to clean it up.
