Ordered from the drive thru and it took more than 20 minutes to get my order and there was only one vehicle in front of me, and at least 5 behind me...There were 4 employees working there but the young guy was doing 99% of the work- taking orders/payments/ and packing the food while the other 3 indian women were all standing there talking watching chicken cook....when I asked if a manager was there the only working employee told me yes... I'm shocked that a manager would demonstrate such poor leadership and delegation. Such a poor example of a manager. If she wants to sit around and talk to her friends then she should go to a coffee shop and do it on her own time. Dont be lazy and have one guy do all the work while you stand around and get a easy paycheck while customers are waiting for long periods of time...
Just found out I can write a review . I highly recommend this Alliston location for its freshest buns ,chicken and taters. We go during the noon service.I know my chicken and have tried multiple locations. By far the best!! We always come back to Alliston.Can't get any better.Staff, service and food are sooo good!! Sorry no photo today .But really give this location a second chance .
Bought some chicken on Saturday afternoon. The chicken was well fried, not greasy nor hard was soft and moist. The taste of the meals depends on the skill of the cook. The Monday evenings, Friday nights and early Saturday afternoon chicken and fries usually taste better, than other days.
Friendly staff. Even the teenagers at the drive-through are super polite and professional. I used to like KFC, but their restaurants are very inconsistent. Some good and some bad. Mary Browns is always good. I prefer the fries over the taters, although I think most people would disagree with that - I think they sell a lot of taters. Their gravy is really good, and their pickles are the best. Occasionally, they give me a pop that is not very cold - I have to request that they reach back into the fridge to get the ones that have been chilling for a long time. No indoor tables. Picnic tables are available outside. I wish them continued success.
Was very dissatisfied for 17 dollars 3 peace meal. Chicken was dry and not very flavourful. Taters were also dryed out been sitting. And gave me a Pepsi instead of diet Pepsi. Only ended up eating small portion and threw out rest.
Pleasantly surprised. Been meaning to tried it for a while but never got around to it. Good food little pricey they did include a few things I didn't ask for and I only noticed if at home, but we liked everything we got :)
