I would highly recommend Marisa as a caterer! She was an amazing caterer for our 95 guest wedding in August! The food was delicious and very flavourful. She was very responsive and accomodating to our needs. Our day wouldn’t have gone as smooth as it did, if it wasn’t for Marisa and her team! She went above and beyond and would hire her for future events!
I got 2 trays from Mars Meals for my daughter’s first birthday. They were great! She even gave us a birthday card for our daughter! So sweet. Thanks again!
This was the caterer used at a wedding I attend the chicken was room temperature at best and very tough to the point I had trouble cutting it and the roast beef had very little flavour. By the time my table got called up there was barely any vegetables or potatoes left and no salad. I would not use this company for any future events.
The food was horrible. The beef was dry and flavorless. The chicken was very dry. This was so disappointing as this food was served at a wedding. I don't recommend.
If you are planning to host a wedding with her please do not book. Food for 5 to 6 guests is good but not for 90. Chicken and roast beef was dried to a point you can not cut it. Also some of guest had there chicken still raw inside. The food was cold and the vegetables were till hard. When we had the tasting it was amazing nothing what we had at the wedding. She is super sweet but I really hope she learns from this. I ask for a refund but all I got back was for 3 plates. That's including me the bride. Also if you do book be prepared to get 1000 message a day. I was on a budget and she gave me a good price but when I said I wanted a refund she said it's because I was on a budget. So serving raw tough chicken, not cooked veggies and cold food is her meaning of budget. The bottom right picture was was we got for are tasting. Roasted veggies and mouth watering chicken and roast beef that you did not even need a knife to cut. Clearly at the wedding.. it was completely opposite. The more guest I speak to the more they have said they saw blood in the middle of the chicken. Be very aware of how she cooks. I don't want anyone to get sick.
!!!Beware of this Meals For You company!!! She has a habit of taking people's money that have paid a large fee upfront to have meals for several weeks and then not give them their food. You may get 2 maybe 3 meals, so you will think everything is fine but then nothing. She will have excuse after excuse as to why your food is not arriving. Then she will blame the drivers etc. for delivering to the wrong address when she had in fact never made the food. After weeks of no food and excuses a refund was asked for and she had more excuses asking client to wait even longer. There are several people going through this same problem. She is a scam artist. She must hope and wait for people to give up waiting for a their refunds and keep their money !!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!
Marisa catered my baby shower and it was amazing !!! Everyone loved what she made ? she even dropped everything off for me at my baby shower and I didn’t have to pick it up! I would 100% get her to cater another event for me! Love her to bits !!!! ?
