Clothz is my new favorite go-to for some much-needed retail therapy. They have a wide variety of beautiful brands, and the clothes they sell are of excellent quality. One of my favorite things about this store is that when you reserve an item online for in-store pick-up, you don't receive an automated email when your order is ready. Instead, an employee from the actual store calls you - I love that human touch! My favorite salesperson is a young women with blonde hair and glasses.. she was in the store during my last few visits. Though I don't know her name (but I will make it a point to ask her next time), she makes me feel like a friend each and every time I visit. She also makes accurate recommendations on new items. A wonderfully pleasant, locally owned shop that I love to visit!
Kelsey and I recently shared a very beautiful and difficult moment together. I'm 5 month post baby, and went in for jeans. Having not tried on a pair of jeans in almost a year and a half, in my head this was about to be a very challenging/overwhelming experience. Kelsey was absolutely amazing. Not only did she bring me everything she could think of, she brought it to me twice because the size I thought I was, was in fact not the size I am (according to jean designers). Kelsey was patient, honest, supportive, kind and even though I wasn't ready to commit to a pair of jeans, she added the ones we thought were the best option to my file for when I was ready to return. I have been shopping at Clothz since it opened! It is my go to store for all things fashion! The girls are absolutely amazing and I was leave with something I love! Cannot recommend enough. If you are looking for a small business to support this is the one!
The customer service at Clothz in Alliston always top notch! Never pushy for sales and always very patient when trying on apparel. Friendly and fair. Great selection of dressy/casual, and especially for jeans.
I absolutely love this store, I’m a 16US in jeans and I have found some of this best with no gaps in the back, nor sides. Really nice quality the prices can be expensive, but really worth saving up and getting some fun staple pieces.
My experience at Clothz made me love shopping again. I've always dreaded trying things on because of my body type. The associates at Clothz went above and beyond finding me the perfect fit. I highly recommend stopping in!
